Reflections on Self Love

The 5th Dimensional heart has always been the driving force of the Ascension Process. Being able to remain heart centred at all times is the ultimate goal for all walking masters, but achieving this while navigating the obstacles of life in a physical incarnation is a challenge.

Self love and Self Care for most people, is the greatest of these obstacles. Many of us are here in this incarnation for a path of service and this can easily push us to place the needs of others above ourselves. But in truth, we can not help others until we learn to truly look after ourselves and until we learn to truly love ourselves, we will never learn to do this.

We carry within our heart chakra, and other fields, an energetic imprint of the image we hold of ourselves. Clearing this and letting go of the emotions attached can allow astounding shifts to occur in our lives. 

In this workshop of self reflection and self discovery  we will:

• Learn about the importance of Self Love.
• Open and Clear the 33 chambers of the Heart Chakra. 
• Clear anything from your energetic systems that is not in alignment with Self Love.
• With the assistance of the teams of light offer healing to the planetary Heart Chakra of mother earth.
